Body: minky, fleece, velour, felt-backed velvet or quilting cotton. Shell: corduroy, boucle, velvet or a print cotton (something with texture). ¼ yd of each for Small and medium, ⅓ yd for Large.
You also need
- Safety eyes 6 / 8 / 10 mm (or embroider for babies)
- 2 pipe cleaners, fiberfill
- Perle cotton for the spiral and the mouth, doll needle, chopstick

Seam allowance: ¼ in (6 mm) included. Baby-safe: embroider the eyes, skip the pipe cleaners.
