The turkey outfit is sized for porch geese of 17, 23 and 27 inches: Small, Standard and Large. It is an intermediate project that takes about 4 h, in 15 steps. For a 23 in goose you need ⅞ yd of brown fabric and ¼ yd of mustard fabric. You will practice sewing a drawstring casing, setting in puffy sleeves and binding the neckline with ties.

The turkey outfit is a brown top with a mustard feather collar, a round pouf belly with a drawstring casing, a fan of seven stiff feathers that stands up behind, and a wattle. It shares the pouf with the pumpkin outfit; the feather fan makes it the Thanksgiving one.
