One fat quarter (18 x 22 in) of each fabric makes 2 pillows in any size: 100% cotton or muslin for the inner bag; silk, cotton, linen or velvet for the cover.

- Flax seed (cool and heavy) or rice
- Dried lavender or chamomile, 1-2 tbsp
